After the Buyer receive the domain name, Escrow.com release the funds to the Seller.

Please not that every registrar (Godaddy.com, Moniker.com, Name.com, etc) requires an annual renewal fee, usually below $10, to maintain the domain’s ownership. The buyer accepts responsibility for this fee and acknowledges it is mandatory to maintain ownership of the domain name purchased from BuyBestDomains.com – The buyer can renew a domain in one-year increments for a maximum of 10 years at a time.

Do I get a website with the domain purchase?
Unless there is a website included in the sale, no website is ever included. You are only buying a domain name, unless specified.
